She is survived by: her granddaughter Tia Johnson (Nate); her parents, Joseph Welch Sr. and Bernice Welch (Chaplin); her husband Paul A. Bilodeau; her daughters, Judy A. Belanger (Steve) of Springvale and Rose M. Gessner of Westbrook; her brother Joseph Welch Jr. of Windham; and also Hadley. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
