With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Morris Overby (Westbrook, Maine), born in Clarksville, Virginia, who passed away on September 18, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lucille Clay, Lazarus Overby and Paul Overby. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Overby; his children, Tina Cleveland Cleveland (Adrian) and Morris Overby Jr. (BJ); his grandchildren, Kiarah Cooper (Warren), Demonte Luter, Temperance Overby, Alaric Blake and Zadrian Cleveland; and his siblings, Bettie Mosley, Gertrude Overby and Hallie Overby.
