He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Kelley and Thelma Witham Kelley; and his siblings, William, John, James, Colin, Nancy Kelley and Mary Kelley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia McLaughlin of Augusta, Louise Kruk of Pittston, Michael Kelley of Pittston, Leonard Kelley of Pittston and Peter Kelley of Pittston; and his sister-in-law Marie Bronn of Chelsea. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
