He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Madelene LeBlanc; his parents, Alyre Gallant and Mary MacPherson Gallant; his uncle Clovis; his aunt Albina; and his brothers, William, Alexander, Maurice and Raymond.
He is survived by: his brother Tom; his children, Pat Garrison (Richard), Pam Gallant Erbes (Mike) and Sarah Fowler (John); and his grandchildren, Max (Neil Garrison), Devin (Nate Erbes), Bennett (Maddie Fowler) and Paige (Zach Gallant).
