She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine Glazier and Kenneth Perry of Falmouth, ME.; her husband David Alan Mitchell; her son Richard Adam; her sons-in-law, Ernest Russell and Michael Guptill; her sister-in-law Sarah Perry; and her nephew Shawn Perry.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Sue Daigle (Richard Daigle) of Windham, ME, Bonnie Lou Mitchell (Paul Hagen) of Bowling Green, OH, Lisa Gaye Mitchell of Buxton, ME, Wendy Jean Russell (John Tatko) of Monson, ME and Robert Alan Mitchell (Susan) of Raymond, ME; and her brothers, Brian Glazier Perry and Ronald Albert Perry. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, four nieces, one nephew, numerous close friends.

Donations may be made in Jacqueline's honor to the Association of Teachers of Mathematics in Maine (ATOMIM) for a scholarship fund to help support students and pre-service mathematics teachers in Maine.
