She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Baizley and Alma Baizley (Jones); her husband William C. Johnson Jr.; and her siblings, Ralph Baizley, Kenneth Baizley Sr., Beulah Emerson, Vaughn Baizley, Ruth Libby and Aubrey Baizley.
She is survived by: her children, Mark K. Johnson (Carol) of Casco, Timothy C. Johnson Sr. (Sandra) of Smithfield, Paul F. Johnson (Tom Tibbetts) of Pittsburg, PA. and Heidi Lynn Tucker (Mark) of Windham; her grandchildren, Tara Johnson, Katelyn Tucker, William, Isabella Johnson and Timothy Johnson Jr. (Erin); her great grandchildren, Cale and Logan Johnson; and her friend Kristelyn Hopkins.
