She was predeceased by: her parents, Glendon Hutchins Sr. and Hazel Moses; her husband Gerald E. Trefethen Sr.; her daughters, Cathy Crane and Holly Mason; and her brother Glen Hutchins.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald E. Trefethen Jr. (Dina) of Gray and Cynthia K. Trefethen of Windham; her sister Maureen Burnham Calnan (Robert) of Brownfield; her son-in-law David Crane of Yarmouth; her grandchildren, Ryan Crane (Tracy), Andrew Crane (Taryn), Brent Crane (Jackie), Caitlin Coppenrath (Drew), Eric Mason and Kelsea Bickford (Robert); and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Landon, Caleb, Elias, Colby, Ryan, Parker, Hazel and Sage. She is also survived by many cousins, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Windham Hill United Church of Christ (140 Windham Center Rd, Windham, ME 04062).
In lieu of flowers, Helen requested that donations be made to Families Helping Families, an organization close to her heart.
