He is survived by: his mother Jean "Jeannie" Perkins of Sanford, Maine; his children, Gary Perkins III (Kayla Perkins) of Springvale, Maine, Nick Perkins (Janessa Gaston) of Westbrook, Maine, Stephanie Clegg (Thomas Clegg) of Hollis, Maine and Amanda Perkins (Justin Dow) of Biddeford, Maine; his niece Brittany Montgomery of Sanford, Maine; his nephew James Montgomery of Sanford; and his grandchildren, Emma Perkins, Keegan Perkins, Ryleigh Perkins, Addie Perkins, Aiden Clegg, Carson Clegg, Oliver Dow and Nolan Clegg. He is also survived by his four children and several other children.
