He is survived by: his parents, Donald Johnson and Sheila Johnson; the mother of his children Jennifer Johnson; his children, Zachary Johnson and McKenzie Johnson; his sister Dawn Leighton (Harold); his nieces and nephews, Cassidy, Brock, Vance and Mallory Leighton; his children, Renee, Jamie, Tyler and Kristine; his granddaughter Marisa; his daughter Karen Deetjen; his friend Joe Gallant; and also Ciera Bellino.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for donations to be made in Eric's name to the Westbrook Community Center.
