He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raoul Tanguay and Rose Tanguay (Arsenault); his wife Charlene Tanguay (Sawyer) of Virginia; his children, Annette Whitcomb (Ronald), Lisa Robbins (Timothy) and Donald Tanguay, II (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Jessica Ciez (Michal Ciez), Donald Tanguay, III (Brittany), Timothy John Robbins, Jr. (Kathryn), Cory Whitcomb and Ryan Whitcomb; his great grandchildren, Isaiah and David Ciez; his siblings, Robert Tanguay (Naoko), Priscilla Moulton (Phillip), Florence Tanguay, Gerard Tanguay, Roland Tanguay, Germaine Phinney (Paul), Camil Tanguay, David Tanguay, Michael Tanguay (Barbara) and Sylvia Tanguay (Gloria); and his sister-in-law Vicki Fogg.
