She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Billings and Flavilla Billings (Knight); her husband Earl Libby; her brother David Billings; and her siblings-in-law, Fredrick Libby and Beth Libby.

She is survived by: her daughter Janalyn Libby of Westbrook; her siblings, John Billings (Cindy Hallett) of Long Island, Maine and Harriett Mock (Harold) of Homestead, Florida; her parents-in-law, Evelyn of Westbrook, Carlton Meserve of Westbrook, Eugene of Westbrook, Florence Libby of Westbrook, Julianna Libby of Westbrook, Paul and Nancy Libby of Marion, Maine.; and her godchildren, Melissa Mock of Homestead, Ann, Rick Nielsen of Jackman, Christopher Ashmore of Tampa and Thomas McIntyre of Westbrook.
