He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harrison R. Roye and Glenna A. Roye (Green); his wife Doris E. Roye; his children, Lorin K. Roye, Mark A. Roye of Richmond and Dorinda A. Roye of West Bath; his sister Lanelle Beer of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Amber Herzog (Derek), Kayla Roye-White, Melissa Young Roye and Jade A. Earl. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
