He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Mitchell and Virginia Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sister Patricia Nicholas (Nick); and his daughters, Evie Varney (William Leonard), Joanne Murphy (Patrick) and Karen Shaver (Archie).
