He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur L. Snow and Gladys Snow (Hall); his wife Marcia A. Snow of West Bath; his children, Kathy Rice (Michael) of Bangor and Michael Snow (Patchara) of Las Vegas, NV; his siblings, Richard Snow (Carolyn) of West Bath, Daniel Snow (Kandi) of Cundy's Harbor, Marion Torrey of Bath, Judy Ward (Rick) of Topsham and Janet Gilliam (Glen) of Phippsburg; his grandchildren, Katelyn Rice of Portland and Matthew Rice of Bangor; and his brother Dana L. Snow. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
