He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Woods and Jacqueline A. Woods (Gillis); and his brothers, Daniel Woods, Peter Woods, David Woods and Paul Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Woods (Ceci); his daughters, Brianna Woods (Griffin Tavallai) of Merrimack, NH and Rebecca Woods of Stoneham, MA; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Woods of Wells, ME. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McDonough Funeral Home (14 Highland St, Lowell, MA 01852). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
