He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Foster and Phyllis Adams Foster; his wife Deborah Foster (Nixon) of Wells; his sons, Thomas Foster Jr. (Rachel) of Lyman and Mark Foster (Kim) of North Reading, MA.; his grandchildren, Davis A Foster (Bianca), Rachel E Foster, Bradley C and Travis C Foster; and his sisters, Susan Perkins, Carolyn Hickey and Judy Pettinga.
