He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Tacy and Barbara Tacy (Whitcomb); his wife Ellen; his siblings, Peter (Millie), Julie Vance, Barbara Tacy and Susan Grosz (Dave); his sister-in-law Harriet Huntoon; and his nephews, Patrick Huntoon and Robert Huntoon (Marie). He was also cherished by other nieces and nephews.
