He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dodge and Phyllis Dodge (Taylor); and his children, Danny Dodge and Bonnie Dodge. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Dodge (Phillips) of Wells; his son Douglas Dodge (Nancy) of Shapleigh; and his stepchildren, Carla Hover (Julie) and Carl Hover (Deborah). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
