He is survived by: his parents, Robert L. and Mary Margaret Rasche (Burnap); his significant other Margaret E. Rasche (Hillers); and his children, Robert C. Rasche, Stephen M. Rasche, Robin E. Barnard and Kathryn A. Andrews. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and one great grandson.
