He is survived by: his significant other Christine Klay; his children, Sharon Elizabeth Yadon (Jack Yadon) of Ozark, Missouri, David Richard Klay (Jessica Klay) of West Boylston, Massachusetts, Laura Marie Terlizzi (Christopher Terlizzi) of Newton and Peter Andrew Klay (Marcy Klay) of Ashland, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Rachel, Makenna, Genevieve, Cecelia, Hannah, Josiah, Sarah, Jacob and Andrew; and his brother Ronald Klay (Linda Klay) of Monson, Massachusetts..
