With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Philip Matthew Caruso of Wells, Maine, born in Boston, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Caruso (Sergi) and Charles P. Caruso; and his son Charles J. Caruso. He is survived by: his wife Diane Caruso (Mahony); his children, Philip M. Caruso Jr. (Gloria) of Davenport, FL, Mary Louise Caruso of Wells, Joseph C. Caruso (Lisa) of Basking Ridge, NJ and Stephen J. Caruso (Pearl) of St. Augustine; his sister Ann Giuffre (Carl) of Ocala, FL; and his grandchildren, Kassandra, Katerina, Angela, Luke, Matthew and Laurel.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
