He is survived by: his wife Alice J Boeske; his son Owen; his siblings, Paul, Neil Duggan and Ellen Duggan; and his grandchildren, Michael Gillett, David Gillett, Lauren Duggan, Jordan Duggan, Scott Lanehart and Liam Duggan.
