He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard H Oakes and Beverly Ann Oakes of Ipswich, MA.. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Oakes of Arundel and Kimberly Joy; and his grandparents, Richard and Candace Joy of Wells. He is also survived by his many relatives and a wide circle of friends.
