He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Chase and Elsie Chase (Annis) of Wells; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Kay Chase (Randolph); his children, Russell (Alyson) of Wells and Heather Runnels (Randy) of Auburn; his grandsons, Ryan, Evan Chase of Wells and Adam Runnels of Auburn; his sister-in-law Donna Bell; and his siblings, Thomas (Carol) of Acton, Kathleen Winslow (Glenn) of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Glen (Melinda) of Greenbrier, Arkansas and Stephen (Diane) of Wells. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
