It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Foley Jr. of Wells, Maine, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Foley and Auralie Vigeant Foley; and his son Richard M. Foley. He is survived by: his wife Judith M. Foley (Judy) of Wells; his daughter Kathleen J. Murphy (Michael) of Chelmsford, MA; his daughter-in-law Beth Foley of Austin, TX; and his grandchildren, Patrick J. Foley of Austin, TX, Kevin M., Cameron R. and Megan K. Murphy of Chelmsford, MA..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St Joseph's Indian School, PO Box 100, Chamberlain, SD 57325-0100.
