She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Bailey and Ada Bailey (Swisher); her former husband Paul Pennington (US Navy); her husband Arthur Zirbel; her sons, Paul Vernon Pennington of Eureka, CA, Jeffrey Lee Pennington of Wells, ME and James Mark Pennington of Wister, OK; and her siblings, Tom Bailey of Fresno, CA, Doris and Dusty Rhodes of Mission Viejo, CA. She was also cherished by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
