He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Maurice Phillips and Hildred Phillips (Williams). He is survived by: his cousins, Bobby and Roger; his wife Cynthia (Burrill) of Wayne; his children, Baylee Jeanne Bachelder (Bradford Bachelder) of Wayne and Richard Maurice Phillips (Sara); his grandchildren, Eleanor Cynthia Bachelder, Robet Bradford Bachelder of Wayne and Maverick Maurice Phillips of Surry; his son Daniel Robert Phillips (Wanita) of Benton; his sister Nancy Stubbs (William Stubbs) of Bucksport; and his nephews, Mark Stubbs (Tricia) of Auburn and Robert Stubbs (Melissa) of Bucksport.
