She was predeceased by: her parents, Fernald Bates and Edna Bates; her husband Joel Caron; her son-in-law Bob Geiger; and her grandson Joel Bart Geiger.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Geiger, Joel Caron (Linda), David Caron (Pat), Cathy Caron and Brian Caron (Diane White); her grandchildren, Jennifer Lamoreau (Len), Sarah Dunton (Frank), Josh Geiger (Robin), Jason Caron, Crystal Gordon (Garrett), Adam Caron (Natalia) and Magyn Reed (David); and her cousin Judy Gould.
