He is survived by: his father Richard Jr. Sack of Waterville; his wife Rose Sack (Rand) of Hollis; his children, Derrick Sack of Pittsfield and Victoria Sack of Hollis; his sisters, Leiza Ruest of Waterville and Debbie Blanchard of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Zachary Beal, Keegan Sack, Marika Walls and Paeton Mitchell.
