With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Belanger (Waterville, Maine), who passed away on August 18, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father George R. Belanger; and also Claudette M. Belanger. He is survived by: his wife Debra Belanger (Albert); his children, Kristen Crook (Paul Crook), Adam Crook and Danielle Towle (Max Towle); his granddaughter Olivia Towle; his brother Robert Belanger; his sister-in-law Kathie Belanger; his siblings, Bruce Belanger and Gail Moeller; and his brother-in-law Paul Moeller. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in the deceased's name to the Winslow Public Library.
