She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Gauthier and Eva Gauthier; her husband Leland Giroux; her siblings, Larry, Alphie, Norman, Bill Gauthier, Jeannette Veilleux and Lucille Lagasse; and her son-in-law David Althenn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Althenn and Linda Hamlin (Larry); her sisters, Arlene Brownd and Doris Main (Bert); her grandchildren, Jason Evans (Samantha), Jamie Evans (Jessica Wittnebert), Holly Hamlin (Paul Kinsey) and Darcy Sears (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Michael Evans, Alysa Evans, Connor Evans, Jordan Gurney (Desiree Keyser) and Jayden Gurney. She is also survived by step-children, step-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
