She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Champine and Marie Champine (Reny); her husband Henry Mathieu; and her siblings, Carl Champine, Estelle Maillet, Jeanette Duguay and Bernadette Massey.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Mathieu of Waterville, Dr. Alan Mathieu (Diane) of Westbrook and Thomas Mathieu (Marcia) of Frisco; her grandchildren, Karen Wells (Robert) of Carrollton, Texas., Amy Woolen and Matthew Wells; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Brook, Micah Woolen, Evelyn, Evan Wells, Hoyt, Saige Mosher, Lucas, Charlotte Mathieu and Everett Lotfey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Compassus Hospice of Scarborough, Maine.
