He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Grover and Ava L. Grover (McKeen); and his brother Raymond Grover. He is survived by: his wife Betty Grover; his stepson Robby J. Howard (Jennifer); and his close friends, Brian and Brenda Hodgdon.
