It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Happy McDaniels Chapman of Waterford, Maine, born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on June 22, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert W. Hamlin, Sr. and Marion Moulton Hamlin; her husbands, Wallace F. McDaniels and Perry A. Chapman, Jr.; her children, Betsy A. Hodges and William A. McDaniels; and her brothers, Albert W. Hamlin, Jr., Stanley Hamlin and Walter Hamlin.
She is survived by: her children, Joy A. McDaniels, Mary D. Briggs, Gale E. McDaniels and David W. McDaniels. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
