We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2019, at the age of 85, Frances Sylvain (Waterboro, Maine), born in Biddeford, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Besin Multoza and Louise Multoza (Merrill); her children, Mike Jacques and Susan Noel; her grandchildren, Mindy Thorne, Jessica Jacques, Tom Jacques and Jess Noel; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Harriman-Stearns, Ayden Thorne, Leonidas and Mackayla Noel.
