He is survived by: his wife Joyce Getchell; his children, Michael (Song) of Carmel, Martha of Machias, Gregory (Xin Zang) of Belmont, Christopher (Virginia Preston) of Whitneyville and Katelyn of Council Bluffs, Iowa; his grandchildren, Paul (CP), Amiee Getchell of Pinehurst, Daniel Getchell of Carmel and Sophie Zang of Belmont, Massachusetts; and his great grandchildren, Darcy Getchell of Pinehurst and Theodora Getchell of Pinehurst.
