Carter; her husband Stuart; her sons, Bill and Steven; her grandson Griffin; her great-grandparent Steve; her grandmother Jillian; her siblings, Mike, Lesley and Bill; her siblings-in-law, Terri, Peter and Lisa; her nieces and nephews, Michael, Ashley, Matthew, Sarah, Shauna and Kevin; her stepsister Carol (Joe); and also, Melissa and Shawn.
To celebrate her life in lieu of flowers we ask donations be made to the church who distribute it to several organizations she was passionate about.
