He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Timothy Mallar; and his brother-in-law Ellis Small. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hall (Munson) of Indian Lake; his children, Laurie Curtis (Bob), Wallace "Butch" (Annie), Daniel (Angie) and Peter (Debbie); his grandchild Jalene Nadeau (Gary); his great grandchildren, Joshua Alvin, Lilianne and Gabriel of Tennessee; and also, Rebecca Longfellow (Joshua), Adriana, Alexander of Gray, Adam Hall (Sarah), Aubree, Ivy, Justin Hall (Frankie), Lydia, Griffin, Boden of Whiting, Andrew Hall (Brandee), Indie, Isaac of Marshfield, Nicholas Hall (Lanie Perry) of Whiting and Lauren Hall (Ryan Burgess) of East Machias. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
