She is survived by: her husband Philip Hebert; her children, Philip Hebert Jr. of Washburn and Joy Hebert of Washburn; her sisters, Donna Woodard, Wilma Long and Eva Henthorn; her aunt Fanny Dionne; and her cousin Cheryl Dionne.
