She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Simmons and Annie Simmons (Young); her sons, Larry and Kenny; and her sisters, Donna Simms and Eunice Genthner.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Chapman; her children, Sandra of Union, Jeff of Topsham and Robin (Elizabeth) of Winslow; her brother Burton Simmons (Sharon) of Florida; her grandchildren, Jennifer Chapman, Carrie Grondin, Matt Chapman (Kaitlynn), Brooke Grondin, Shannon Emery (Dennis), Kurt Chapman (Kim), Monica Chapman (Sean), Justin Chapman (Debbie), Megan Rowe (James), Bethany Gary (Sean) and Wendy Spalding (Mark); and her granddaughter-in-law Diane of Quebec, Canada.. She is also survived by twenty-five Great Grandchildren, four Great Great Grandchildren, numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
