He was predeceased by: his parents, Athan Bill and Marian Perry (Tennant); his parents-in-law, Leslie and Wanda Weaver; his brother-in-law Artie Weiss; and his daughter-in-law Trish Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Michelle ONeal (Mike) and Tom Perry (Melissa); his grandchildren, Sierra (Kyle), Zachary and Emily; his brother Bill Perry; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Wyman (Jeff) and Joanne Kalavsky (Ronnie).
