She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Frank Simmons and Lena Frances Carter Simmons; and her brothers, Glendon Simmons and Lloyd Wellington, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Bowden (Nancy Curtis), Donna Bowden-Ott (Ed Ott), Dale Flagg (James), Denise Philbrook (Ron) and Donn Bowden (Wanda); her grandchildren, Dennis Cloutier (Kami), Chad Cloutier (Katy), Libby Miner (Paul), Ben Kennedy (Hilarie), Anna Kennedy, Larry Philbrook (Billie-Jo), Allison Moody (Brandon), Melissa Philbrook (Eric Peltola) and Megan Bowden; her daughter Rachel Curtis-Bowden; her great grandchildren, Grace, Wesley, Alden, Alexandra Cloutier, Ella, Brandt Cloutier, Patrick Miner, Brooklyn, Natalie Moody, Brent, Brooke Kennedy and Vaughan Otto Philbrook; her stepgrandchildren, Sulvā, Jeffrey Dow, Nicole and Ben Starrett; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lorelai and Owen Starrett; and her nieces and nephews, Linda Bowden Elwell, Pam, Lloyd Wellington, Ann Simmons Nerny and Wayne Simmons.
