She is survived by: her parents, Lina Whitney (Mitchell) and Bernard Justin Whitney; her sister Joan; her children, Daniel Sherwood (Carol), Stuart Sprague (Emily) and Nathan Sprague (Lisa); her grandchildren, Rebecca Doughty (Sherwood), Garrett Sprague, Seth Sprague, Cameron Sprague and Calvin Sprague; and her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Kristyn and Nicholas Doughty.
