It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. York of Warren, Maine, born in Rockland, Maine, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard B. York and Lucille A. Elwell York; his wife Geri; his daughter-in-law Christina York; his brother Clarence 'Sonny'; and his siblings-in-law, Florence 'Flossy York and Austin Presby.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth 'Kenny York of Warren and Michael York (Kimberly) of Warren; his grandchildren, Joshua Dodge, Elizabeth York, Anthony York, Jacob York, Nicholas York and Katelyn York; his great grandchildren, Emma and Chloe; and his siblings, Doris Presby, David York (Cindy), Dale York (Diane) and Dennis York (Peggy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a large, loving extended family as well as many close friends.
