He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Handfield and Elizabeth Handfield (Smith). He is survived by: his children, Lucy (Charles) and Justin; his siblings-in-law, Diane Dill and Richard Dill Jr.; and also Mary (Dill).
Donations may be made in his name to the Maine State Veteran's Home, which provided his care in his final years.
