He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Perkins Sr. and Ruby M. Perkins (Dyer); and his wife Edna L. Verge Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Judith Lucier (Dennis) of South Yarmouth, Kathleen Silva of Beverly, Linda Perkins of Ipswich, Dana Perkins (Heidi) of Georgetown and Thomas Perkins of Hyannis, Massachusetts..
