She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ainsley Hooper Moody and Thelma Benner Moody; her husband Lester J. Wellman, Jr. of Waldoboro; her son Mitchell Wellman of North Nobleboro; her siblings, Donald A. Moody and Marian Swift of Jefferson; her sister-in-law Murtel Simmons of Cushing; and her children, Scotty and Izzy. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
