He was predeceased by: his mother Denise S. Morro; his wife Tammie Kampegaard (Davis); his son Marshal Kampegaard; and his stepfather Peter Tetreault. He is survived by: his children, Cole Matthew Kampegaard of Waldoboro, ME and Casey L. Russavage of Douglas, MA; his sisters, Shawnna Lee O'Brien of Massachusetts and Dawn Brule of Massachusetts; and his nephews, Zachary O'Brien and Jackson Pesce.
