She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edith Hoier and Vilhelm Hoier; her family, Port of Washington, Moscow and Waldoboro; her sister Kirsten Hoier (Fritz); her son-in-law Frank Capone; her children, Erik Vilhelm Laustsen (Cindy), Karin Britt Capone and Lisa Mai Laustsen; her grandchildren, Steven Capone, Ellen Beckman (John) and Elena Laustsen; her great grandchildren, Johnny, Emily and Eva Beckman; and her nieces, Vivien Norgaard, Marian Laustsen and Yana Murray.
