She is survived by: her husband Robert Costigan of Lincoln; her daughter Jan (Nate) of Waldoboro; her grandchildren, Ashley (Mark) of Florida, Jay of Wyoming, Robert (Alyssa) of Thomaston, Rhiannon (Josh) of Alabama and Alex of Wyoming; her great grandchildren, Oaklyn, Savannah, Carter, Macie and Kyle; and her siblings, Loretta Clark of Lincoln and Terry Tash of South Korea. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
For many years she participated in the Alzheimer's Association walks to help find a cure.
